About Us

About Hearts Educators

Hearts Educators is a Zambian nonprofit organisation founded in 2021, established to respond to educational gaps affecting vulnerable and underserved learners. The organisation exists to support access to education in environments where learning is often disrupted, limited, or under-resourced.

Who We Are & Our Mandate

Hearts Educators is a youth-centered non-profit organization, established on 2nd November 2021 to empower children and young people by expanding access to education, knowledge, and leadership opportunities. Through our programs, we aim to create opportunities that enable young people to learn effectively, develop leadership capacity, and serve as agents of positive change in their schools and communities.

Despite progress in expanding access to education, many learners in underserved communities continue to face barriers that affect their ability to fully participate and succeed in school. These challenges include limited access to basic learning materials such as exercise books, desks, and school supplies, which can hinder learners’ motivation and academic performance.

Our Mandate

At the core of Hearts Educators' work is a single, clearly defined mandate: educational support. All programmes, interventions, and partnerships are designed to strengthen access to learning and promote continuity of education.

Our Focus

The organisation prioritises learners in environments where education is most at risk, ensuring support is responsive, relevant, and aligned with educational outcomes.
